Mika Jatetxea is the personal proposal of Mika Pop

A fresh, new proposal influenced and enriched by her extensive professional career.
She began her work as a chef in Sintra (Portugal) and came to Hondarribia three years later, soaking up the essence of Basque cuisine and the uniqueness of its pintxos in the legendary Gran Sol restaurant.
